After completing an audit of the previous website, the team reorganised and optimised each page to better facilitate the customer journey. This included producing clear CTA's, enhancing the customer flow, improving on page SEO, and future proofing the websites architecture.
Understanding visitor usage is important for any website. To ensure high quality data, we implemented custom events via Google Analytics 4. This allowed us to see standard events like pageviews in addition to data for specific elements of the site like the new accordion, out bound links and new tenant pages.
