The Solution
We implemented Active Campaign, a CRM system that enables all sales team members to access the lead pipeline and gain visibility into every sales lead. As part of the implementation, we've automated certain sales processes, such as sending an auto email response to quote requests that used to be handled manually and the ability to follow up post-purchase.

The automated sales process steps have reduced the need for initial manual outreach, allowing timely responses to quote requests and saving time on manual sends.
Increased visibility of the sales pipeline
Implementing a CRM has eliminated the risk of dropped leads within the email inbox through the use of the sales pipeline. There is also increased visibility of where the leads are sitting within the pipeline and reporting on the time taken from lead to sale.
